Embroidery is the imprint application that is best suited for hats as the image typically if put on the front of the hat over the middle seem. Golden rule of thumb for imprinting is everything can be embroidered!
Note: Once you order an embroidery tape (the program designed to make your logo) it's a onetime fee and yours to keep, ready to be put on all kinds of items.
