HatsandCaps.ca Warehouse Re-Opens

Good news! HatsandCaps.ca is open for business.

We just received word that our warehouse in Ontario qualifies as an essential business under the provincial government COVID-19 initiatives taking place. That means our online store is now open and our team is able to return to work to serve our customers once again. We have implemented enhanced warehouse sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of all those who remain working at this time. We are also adhering to local health authority recommendations and making operational adjustments to allow social distancing and increased hygiene protocols.

As our business is currently open and running, please know that you can still contact us on: social media, email, and phone at 604 637 1695 in order to assist you in any way that we can. Our hours of operations are Monday to Friday from 8 am - 4 pm PST

UPDATE March 24th 2020

As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop here in Canada, more and more municipal, provincial and federal government preventative actions are being initiated. At this time the Ontario and Quebec Provincial government are asking all non essential businesses to close for a period of two to three weeks with the possibility of an extension on closures as needed.

This means that our warehouses located in these areas will be closed and HatsandCaps.ca will be unable to ship any orders effective 5pm EST March 23^rd. Until our warehouses re-open and shipping resumes, we encourage you to check out the headwear available at T-shirt.ca

We are committed to shipping all in process orders before then and to keeping all our customers informed as things change. We are looking forward to serving you and your businesses again once local health and government authorities recommend it’s safe to do so.
